Roskop Construction was founded by Shawn and Quincy Roskop in 2007. Their desire and objective was to create a construction company that was based on honesty, integrity, building lasting relationships and doing things the right way.

Roskop’s track record has produced 90% in repeat business and referrals. Shawn and Quincy continue to build the business on strong communication skills, the ability to exceed expectations and the understanding this is a client driven business.

Tenant Improvements (TI’s) are the primary focus and expertise of Roskop Construction. Roskop’s dedicated tenant improvement team, along with a talented group of subcontractors, perform to the highest standards in the industry, even looking for cost savings that are passed on to the client.

Roskop Construction also has experience with building remodels/renovations, industrial construction, and specialized projects.
