Shawn Roskop, President
As an Owner and President of Roskop Construction, Shawn is responsible for the company’s overall vision and success. He is active in the company’s day to day operations as well as business development initiatives. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. John's University.

Quincy Roskop, Vice President and Director of Operations
Quincy is a vital part of maintaining properly managed construction sites, safety, and client satisfaction. He is the expert you want on a job site walk. Quincy has been in construction for his entire life and grew up in a family who worked on commercial sites. The network he has at his disposal is made up of excellent teams of subcontractors, real estate professionals, building staff, and property managers. His knowledge is paramount for commercial Tenant Improvements, it's been his focus for decades.

Dave Orozco, General Superintendent
With over 40 years of experience, Dave has been a primary reason for repeat business with our customers. His upbeat, positive attitude and infectious humor is paired with multiple, high-quality skills which have resulted in top notch tenant improvement projects.

Melissa Richardson, Project Assistant

Our Project Assistant, Melissa, has years of experience providing excellent service for general contracting work. We enjoy her creative approach to problem solving and rely on her expertise with putting proposals out to our clients. With a great attitude, Melissa tackles each task and enjoys working with the trade. She enjoys supporting others and spends her free time volunteering in pet rescue work.

Greg Stopher, Project Manager

Greg has spent 22 years working in the construction industry. With many years of hands-on experience, he has successfully overseen numerous projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency and quality for customers. Outside of work, Greg is passionate about the outdoors, often enjoying time spent trail running, hunting, and fishing. This blend of professional dedication and personal love for adventure fuels his approach to both life and work.

Jacqui Plasha, Director of Business Development

Jacqui has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. She has a vast network of talented people she considers friends as well as colleagues. With a past in design, sales, owning a company and assistant project managing, her primary goal is to provide excellent customer service. Jacqui has achieved 5 Star reviews for her service and brings her knowledge and experience to Roskop with an eager spirit to grow the company.
